Crispy Baked Chicken Wing

Super easy baked chicken recipe that you can enjoy with streamed glutinous rice

Ingredients 500 g. chicken wings 1 1/2 Tbsp thin soy sauce (or fish sauce) 2 tsp sugar 1 tsp seasoning soy sauce 1/2 ground pepper 1/4 tsp curry powder (optional)

Preparation
1. Wash chicken wings, pat dry and season with thin soy sauce (or fish sauce), seasoning soy sauce, sugar, ground pepper, and curry powder. Spread all ingredients over chicken wings, and marinate about 1-2 hours or refrigerate over night for better flavor.

2. Preheat oven at 350° F. Place aluminum foil on baking sheet, pour a little bit oil and spread over. Arrange chicken wings and bake about 45 minutes or until skin is crisp and brown.

3. Let chicken wings stand a few minutes, remove from sheet, and serve warm with Sweet Chillie Sauce and steamed glutinous rice.
