Deep-fried Chicken Wingette

Another version of fried chicken with some spices called "Pik Khai Thot"

Ingredients 500 g. chicken wingettes 1 tsp salt 1 Tbsp tempura flour 1 tsp thin soy sauce 2 Tbsp evaporated milk 1 tsp red curry paste 1 cup vegetable oil for deep-frying |
Preparation
1. Wash chicken wingettes, pat dry, and put in a mixing bowl. Season the wingettes with salt, tempura flour, thin soy sauce, evaporated milk, and red curry paste. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and allow marinating for 1-2 hours.

2. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. When oil is hot, add marinated chicken wingettes in the wok.

3. Deep-fry each side until golden brown and crisp. Drain on paper towel.

4. Put fried chicken wingettes in a plate and serve immediately.
