Fried ground pork with tasty red sauce called "Mu Kon Nam Deang" in Thai

Ingredients for ground pork 300 g. ground pork 2 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp sugar 2 tsp thin soy sauce 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
Ingredients for red sauce 1 tsp vegetable oil 1/4 cup diced onion 1/2 cup mixed vegetables 1 cup water 1/4 cup ketchup 3 Tbsp oyster sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp sugar 2 tsp thin soy sauce 1 tsp seasoning soy sauce 1 Tbsp corn flour + 2 Tbsp water

Preparation
1. Put ground pork in a mixing bowl, add all ingredients for ground pork in it.

2. Use a spoon to knead all ingredients until well blend and set aside for 30 minutes.

3. Shape ground pork into a small ball, then spread out and pan fry on medium heat.

4. Fry each side until well done, remove from a pan and drain on paper towel.

5. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat, When oil is hot, add diced onion, stir fry until fragrant, then add mixed vegetables.

6. Stir fry together, then add water.

7. Wait until boiled, add red sauce ingredients except corn flour and stir together.

8. Mix corn flour and water, then stir well until dissolve.

9. When the mixture is boiling, add flour water, stir quickly to keep it from forming chunks. The mixture is thicker.

10. Put fried ground pork back in the pan, pour the mixture over, reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.

11. Turn to the other side, pour the mixture over, and simmer for 5 minutes more, then remove from heat.

12. Put fried ground pork on a plate, pour the red sauce over and serve immediately.
