Tendered Pork with Mustard Sauce

Yummy pork recipe that can be served with rice or steamed glutinous rice

Ingredients 500 g. pork sirloin 6 cloves garlic 1 tsp vegetable oil
Ingredients for marinated pork 2 tsp thin soy sauce 1 Tbsp oyster sauce 2 tsp seasoning soy sauce 1 tsp sugar 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
Ingredients for mustard sauce 3/4 cup water 3 Tbsp mustard 1 Tbsp seasoning soy sauce 1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp oyster sauce

Preparation
1. Clean pork sirloin, pat dry, put in a mixing bowl and add all ingredients for marinated pork.

2. Punch the porks with folk and mix all ingredients thoroughly, then allow marinating for 1 hour.

3. Peel garlics, wash dirt, pat dry, pound and cut into pieces, set aside.

4. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat, when oil is hot, add marinated porks, fry until both sides are getting cook, then add garlics.

5. Stir fry until the garlics are turning golden brown, take the porks and the garlic on a plate and set aside.

6. Add 1/2 cup of water in the work, reduce the heat to low, when the water is boiling, add mustard, and stir well until dissolve.

7. Add the remaining ingredients for mustard sauce, stir well.

8. Add 1/4 cup of water, and stir thoroughly. When the sauce starts boiling, add the porks and garlic in it.

9. Pour the sauce over the pork regularly, simmer on low heat for 8 minutes, turn to the other side and simmer for 8 minutes more, then remove from heat.

10. Slice the porks into pieces. Place on a plate and pour the sauce over.

11. Decorate with cilantro leaves and serve immediately.
