Easy and yummy steamed ground pork with salted soy bean sauce

Ingredients 250 g. ground pork 1 tsp thin soy sauce 2 tsp seasoning soy sauce 1 Tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp sugar 1 sprig cilantro
Salted soy bean sauce Ingredients 1 Tbsp salted soy bean 1 tsp thin soy sauce 1 tsp sesame oil 2 tsp seasoning soy sauce 2 Tbsp oyster sauce 2 tsp sugar

Preparation
1. In a mixing bowl, mix ground pork with thin soy sauce, seasoning soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.

2. Use a spoon to knead all ingredients until well blend.

3. Spread the mixture over a dish and then cover with plastic wrap.

4. Place the dish in a steamer for 20 minutes until the pork is getting cook.

5. Prepare salted soy bean sauce by mixing all the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl.

6. Stir well until all ingredients mix together. Then, wash cilantro, pat dry, finely slice and set aside.

7. After 20 minutes, remove from the steamer and pour out all water in the dish.

8. Pour prepared salted soy bean sauce over the pork, cover with plastic wrap, steam an additional for 10 minutes, then remove from heat.

9. Sprinkle finely sliced cilantro all over the pork and serve immediately.
