Steamed Pork Rib with Black Bean Sauce

500 g. pork spare ribs cut into 2" lenghts
1 Tbsp black bean garlic sauce
1 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine
1 tsp thin soy sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1. Wash pork spare ribs, pat dry and season with black bean garlic sauce, Chinese cooking wine, oyster sauce, sugar, and sesame oil. Spread all ingredients over spare ribs, and marinate about 30 minutes.
2. Boil water in steamer, place bowl with marinated spare ribs in steamer, and steam about 25-30 minutes or until spare ribs are cooked.
3. Transfer the spare ribs to a serving dish. Pour over all sauce on the spare ribs, and serve immediately.
