Stir-fried Chicken and Cashew Nuts

Yummy and easy stir-fried recipe called "Kai Phat Met Ma-muang Himaphan"

Ingredients 300 g. sliced chicken breast or thigh 1/3 cup roasted cashew nuts 2 green onions 3 cloves garlic 1/4 head of onion 4-5 dried chilies 1 1/2 Tbsp thin soy sauce 2 Tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp seasoning soy sauce 1 Tbsp sugar 1 Tbsp Chinese cooking wine 2 Tbsp vegetable oil |
Preparation
1. Cut green onion roots, peel garlic and onion, wash dirt, and pat dry. Cut green onion into 1" length, mince garlic, chop onion into small cubes, cut dried chilies and remove all seeds.

2. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. When oil is hot, add minced garlic, chop onion, and cut dried chilies, and fry until fragrant. Then, add sliced chicken, and season with thin soy sauce, seasoning soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar.

3. Stir-fry until all ingredients mix thoroughly and chicken is cooked, then add Chinese cooking wine, roasted cashew nuts, and cut green onion. Stir quickly for 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.

4. Place stir-fried chicken and cashew nuts on a plate, and serve immediately.
