Stir-fried Fermented Pork Sausage and Egg

 | Ingredients 1 stick fermented pork sausage 3 large eggs 1 tsp thin soy sauce 1 Tbsp oyster sauce 1/2 tsp sugar 1/4 head of onion 1 tomate 1 sprig cilantro 1/2 cup vegetable oil |
Preparation
1. Peel onion, cut cilantro stem, and remove tomato stem, wash dirt, and pat dry. Finely slice onion and cut in halves, cut tomato in quarter, remove all seeds, and cut into small pieces. Then, coarsely slice cilantro.

2. Slice fermented pork sausage into small pieces. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, add sliced fermented pork sausage, sliced onion, cut tomato, and sliced cilantro, then season with thin soy sauce, sugar, and oyster. Stir all ingredients until mix thoroughly.

3. Heat oil in a wok on medium-high heat, when oil is hot, pour the mixture into the wok and let it cook without stirring. Once it is cooked on one side, turn it over, and cook on the other side. When the egg is getting cook, stir fry until tomato is getting soft, then remove from heat.

4. Place it on a serving plate, and serve immediately.
