Stir-fried Spicy Long Green Beans and Ground Pork

Spicy and yummy stir-fried recipe called "Phat Phet Thua Fak Yao Mu Sab"

Ingredients 150 g. long green beans 200 g. ground pork 3 cloves garlic 2 fresh chillies 1 Tbsp thin soy sauce (or fish sauce) 2 Tbsp oyster sauce 1 tsp seasoning soy sauce 1 1/2 tsp sugar 2 Tbsp vegetable oil |
Preparation
1. Wash long green beans, cut both ends, and slice into small pieces. Peel garlic, remove chillie stems, wash dirt, and pat dry. Cut garlic and chillies into small pieces and well pound in a mortar.

2. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. When oil is hot, add well pounded garlic and chillies, fry until fragrant, then add ground pork. Stir-fry until ground pork is getting cook, season with thin soy sauce (or fish sauce), seasoning soy sauce, and sugar.

3. Stir-fry until all ingredients mix thoroughly, add sliced long green beans and oyster sauce, stir regularly about 2-3 minutes or until long green bean is getting soft, then remove from heat.

4. Place the stir-fried long green bean and ground pork on a plate, and serve immediately.
