 Stir-fried long green beans and ground pork ingredients: ground pork, long green beans, garlic, chillies, and sauces Ingredients
150 g. long green beans
200 g. ground pork
3 cloves garlic
2 fresh chillies
1 Tbsp thin soy sauce (or fish sauce)
2 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp seasoning soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp sugar
2 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation
1. Wash long green beans, cut both ends, and slice into small pieces. Peel garlic, remove chillie stems, wash dirt, and pat dry. Cut garlic and chillies into small pieces and well pound in a mortar.

2. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. When oil is hot, add well pounded garlic and chillies, fry until fragrant, then add ground pork. Stir-fry until ground pork is getting cook, season with thin soy sauce (or fish sauce), seasoning soy sauce, and sugar.
