Ingredients
1 eggplant
300 g. pork sirloin
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 1/3 cup chicken broth
1 chili
4-5 kaffir lime leaves
1/2 cup basil leaves
1 tsp vegetable oil

Spicy paste Ingredients: chilies lemon grass galangals shallot garlic shrimp paste

4 sliced galangals
1 shallot
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp shrimp paste

Preparation
1. Cut shallot, garlic, chilies, and galangals into small pieces. Put sliced lemon grass and galangals in a mortar.
