300 g. ground pork
1 large egg
3/4 cup soft finished flakes of bread crumbs
1 Tbsp thin soy sauce (or fish sauce)
1 tsp seasoning soy sauce
1 1/2 oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp corainder seed
1 tsp whole peppercorn
1 cup vegetable oil for frying

Preparation
1. Peel garlic, wash dirt, pat dry, and cut into small pieces. Well pound garlic with whole peppercorn and corainder seed in a mortar.

2. In a mixing bowl, mix ground pork with well pounded garlic, pepper, and corainder seed. Season with thin soy sauce (or fish sauce), seasoning soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Then add the egg and mix well until all ingredients blend.

3. Pour soft finished flakes of bread crumbs all over a plate. Spoon the mixture about 2 Tbsp, shape into small round piece about 3" in diameter, and cover with bread crumbs.

4. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. When oil is hot, fry each piece of pork mixture until golden brown, then remove from oil, and drain on paper towel.

5. Put the fried ground pork in a plate, serve with thinly sliced tomatoes and green lettuce leaves.

Tip: Serve with hot chillie sauce will add spicy taste.
