Pork Ball ingredients: ground pork, salt, sugar, fish sauce, vegetable oil, corn flour, baking powder, ground pepper, cold water

Ingredients
500 g. ground pork
1 ½ tsp salt
½ Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp vegetable oil
2 Tbsp corn flour
1 ½ baking powder
1 tsp ground pepper
½ cup cold water


Preparation
1. Put ground pork in a food processor, blend until the pork is getting sticky, add cold water in it and continue to blend until sticky.

2. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir well.
