My experimental & some dishes on dinning table

Lets Start with the ingredients

- Sushi Rice
(please see "How to make sushi rice" topic)

2 Large Avocado
1 Large Cucumber
500 grams Imitation Crab (ปูอัด)
1 Package Dried Seaweed
1/4 Cup Japanese Mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip is fine)

Dipping Ingredients
-Soy Sauce
-Wasabi
-Sushi Ginger

Material
- Good sharp knife
- Rolling Mat
- Cutting board
- Plastic Wrap

- Slowly fold them up

- Into a roll, place a plastic wrap on top

- Use a bamboo rolling mat on top to press and make the roll more tight together.

Cut them into half, place it side by side.

- Cut it again 2 more time to cut it into 6 pieces of sushi. (about 1 1/4 inch long)

- Set it on a plat. Serve it with Sushi ginger, Soy Sauce, wasabi and Miso soup would be perfect.

My pleasure ka Khun Ning. It's taste good and very healthy too. If you don't want to go through all the trouble, you could just grab half a sheet of seaweed and make some easy hand roll (Temaki) is great for a quick snack too ka.

If the rice doesn't turn out the way you expected it to be or don't know how to roll it properly. Just "Practice and Enjoy" na ka

Wow..Khun Prai ka..This Temaki looks yummy too..I can't wait to taste it.

Thanks Khun Prai for the recipe. I bought all the ingredients. So I'll try this weekend. Hopefully, I'll be able to put up some pictures to show my experiment.
