My stir-fried veggie with shrimp recipe:
1 cup cut Gai Lan
1/2 cup cut corrot
2 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1. Heat oil in a wok on medium high heat, add minced garlic and fry until fragrant.
2. Add cut veggies and fry for 2 minutes, then add shrimp, oyster sauce and sugar.
3. Stir-fry until shrimps are cooked, remove from heat and put in a plate.
Is that easy? It's good for your health too.
