OH MY GOODNESS. First of all, let me just say that I could not believe that I have found such a wonderful website with all the recipes and precise ingredients and GREAT instructions...and it's bilingual! I consider myself fortunate. Very fortunate, indeed! We're going to try cooking your steamed curried fish (ห่อหมกปลา) and grilled pork (หมูปิ้ง) with Sticky Rice (ข้าวเหนียว) this Tuesday. We're still a little apprehensive about the stick rice (or stick-kieeee lights as some of my students used to call them). Will let you know how we get on! (in other words, please pray =P)
