4 crab shells
200 grams pork,minced
300 grams cooked or canned crab meat
2 tablespoons coconut cream
1 tablespoon chopped coriander root
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon salt
Pound together the garlic, coriander root and pepper-corns. Mix in crab meat, pork, fish sauce, salt, coconut cream, 1 egg white and 1 egg. Mix well and fill in the crab shells with this mixture. Brush with yolk and place in 7 1/4" x 5" x 1" - container. Microwave, covered, at High (600-700 Watts) for 4 minutes. Arrange the stuffed crabs on grill rack and grill for 8 minutes. Garnish with coriander leaves and shredded chillies.
